Obama has lost more ground in his first eight months faster than two previous presidents since tracking polls were invented. Only Clinton and Ford have lost ground faster.

The difference between Obama's numbers and the other two presidents is Obama has had no executive experience. His election was based on "feeling" or "hope". He will not be able to regain the poll numbers that he experienced early in his presidency because Obama does not care about moving to the center. His "job" by the "powers that be" is to push a liberal legislative agenda.

Let's hope this country can survive until the 2010 elections.

I have not posted on this blog because frankly,

1. I was appalled beyond words what has gone on in the last 8 months.
2. I was afraid of blowback to my "regular" blog
3. The path our country was going on was so wrong.... I thought what little could I say to move the discussion in a positive direction.

But I am back. And here is why.

1. I will work to move our country back to the principles that I believe made us the greatest country in the world.
2. I am not going to let any liberal thugs intimidate me. If you don't like what I said.... go to another blog. Who cares! I wouldn't want you as a reader anyway.
3. I may only be one small voice but I am part of a growing movement and I definitely want to encourage the people who can make a difference.

So there, liberals. You have had 8 months in power and let's see what you have done.

Created a Energy Cap and Trade bill that would increase every family's energy bill by $3,000

I realize that I have not posted anything since March 30th but frankly, I am pretty much speechless!!!!

Let's see what has happened over the last 22 days:

1. Obama is going to cut $100 million dollars, by buying office supplies in bulk. Ummm, why aren't we doing that already.

2. Obama is going to prosecute the authors of the "torture" memos. I use the word torture lightly because the terror suspects in Guantanamo would face torture if I was allowed down there. I would kick their Muslim asses like no military lawyer would allow. Waterboarding would be a gift compared to what I would have in mind for them. I remember September 11th and over 3,000 Americans dead. I would do to them what their compatriots did to the pilots of those four planes.

3. Obama authorizes the Navy Seals to take out the pirates only if the captain's life was in danger. An email I recieved recently showed that Obama tied the hands of the military and the Capt. of the Bainbridge made the decision. Oh yeah, but since it was successful, Obama did take the credit.

4. Good tax paying citizens took to the streets to protest the higher taxes that will be needed to pay for the Socialistic programs that Obama has in mind. And that weighty intellect Janine Garafelo calles them racist because they are protesting a black president. Yeah, it wasn't racist when the left call Clarence Thomas a "nigger".

5. Obama clasps Hugo Chavez's hand and thanks him for the anti-American book he gives him.

6. Obama sits through an anti-American diatribe by Daniel Ortega and thanks him that Ortega didn't hold Obama accountable as he was only 3 months old.

7. Obama goes to Europe and apologizes for America.

8. Obama bows to the Saudi King

9. But Obama does not bow to Queen Elizabeth. Both major faux pas.

10. Janet Napolitano refuses to use the word terrorist to describe foreign combatants as this would not promote the Obama Doctrine, but releases a memo that calls the military and right wing extremist terrorists.

11. Obama goes to Mexico and apologizes.

12. Obama announces major cuts in defense, during war time.

13. North Korea launches a long range missile and the Obama administration defers to the UN.

14. The Obama administration tells Chrysler to go to Fiat. But the president assures GM customers that the US govt. is backing your warranty.

But on the upside, the Obamas did plant a garden, get a puppy and have more opportunities to show off Michelle's arms. Do you think it is a fair trade?

I cannot begin to imagine what will happen in the next 100 days. All I know is that I better pick my lower jaw off the ground because this administration has another 3 and 2/3 years.

Obama: Firing the GM Board

Democrats have absolutely no business firing a publicly held corporations' board. Do you realize that only the shareholders have that authority?

By accepting government bailout money, these companies have allowed the government to insert themselves in areas that they, the government, has absolutely no business. As the president, the Executive branch, cannot insert themselves into the legislative branch. The arm of the government that authorized the bailout.

To make a long story short.... what the HE__ do you think you are doing Mr. President? You are suppose to be a Constitutional professor!!! You do not have the authority to intervene in American business to fire the board. Besides, look around, if competency were a requirement to performance. You could have a field day firing Nancy Pelosi, Barney Frank, your press secretary, Harry Reid, Chris Dodd and Charlie Rangel. Hopefully, the American people will do that for you in the future. And while we are on the subject, I hope they fire you too Mr. President.

Yesterday, Robert Gibbs snidely stated; "Well, I guess Rush Limbaugh was busy," Gibbs said to laughter during his daily briefing with reporters. "So they trotted out the next most popular member of the Republican cabal." This joke was in reference to Dick Cheney's reference to Obama making the U.S. less safe.

He used the word "cabal". Interesting. Wikipedia defines cabal as

A cabal is a number of people united in some close design, usually to promote their private views and interests in a church, state, or other community, often by intrigue. Cabals are sometimes secret societies composed of a few designing persons, and at other times are manifestations of emergent behavior in society or governance on the part of a community of persons who have well established public affiliation or kinship. Obama Exhausted?

Really? A recent article indicated that the gift faux pas was a result of Obama's exhaustion from dealing with the economic "crisis".

This excuse is a conformation that:

1. Barack Obama has never held a job of any importance. Any one with any important job knows that a high level job requires a 18 hour day. I am starting a small business and work an 18 hour day.

2. You have held your job for approximately 50 days. Less than two months. You cannot use the exhaustion excuse for another two years.

3. People, who are unemployed, are not sympathetic to your situation. They want you to work harder.

4. We know that you hold parties every Wednesday night at the White House. Cut out the parties and go to bed early.

You don't look exhausted here.

Sh_t Lists

I hear that Nancy Pelosi has a sh_t list. Number one on her list is Representative Heath Shuler, D NC. Hey Nancy, get in line he has been on Univerisity of Tennessee's sh_t list for years as one of the biggest disappointments when he went on to represent UT at the Washington Redskins.

Why is Shuler on her sh_t list? He has the nerve to position himself for a run against Sen. Richard Burr (R-N.C.) next year. Shuler got on her bad side by voting against both bank bailout bills and the stimulus package and telling a Raleigh audience that House leaders "failed."

Then we hear the White House has a sh_t list. The number one target is Rush Limbaugh. According to polling data, Rush was the republican with the highest negatives.

It sounds like the Democrats are acting like Richard Nixon and his white house. Operatives during the campaign intimidated anti-Obama bloggers, websites and political operatives.

I decided to make my own sh_t list:

1. OBAMA
2. Susan Collins, R. Ma.
3. Olympia Snow, R. Ma.
4. Arlen Specter, R. Pa.
5. Harry Reid
6. Nancy Pelosi.

These people are making our debt greater, our taxes higher, our economy weaker, our enemies stronger, our savings smaller, and our confidence in the United States falter.

Every single one on my sh_t list need to be voted out of office.

That is my prayer every night.

Did you know that guns are sold out in most gun stores across the nation?

Now, if Obama is so loved and so adored. Why are people flocking to gun stores and stocking up on ammo? I believe that gun sales have risen through the roof because the public that is not under the Obama spell understand his desire to infringe upon gun rights. People want to be prepared if he tries to make his move.

After the big O's election, my husband and I went out to purchase this gun:

Isn't it cute, unfortunately, it has been sold out since November. When I finally get this gun, the big O will have to pry this gun " from my cold dead hands," to quote Charlton Heston.

Ode to the California Republican that caved

Dear Sen. Abel Maldonado,

We, the average Republicans, appreciate the fact that you caved and gave the Californians a bloated budget with a $42 billion deficit. Rather then hold fast to your principles, it was refreshing to know your selling price; No increase in the gas tax for California, suspending your own pay raise and a ballot for open primaries.

Wouldn't have been better to stick to your principles and effect real Conservative ideals for California? How is the Republican party ever going to gain in Ca. if you act like Democrats? Imagine real tax cuts, not a fake "no increase in gas tax" which is not a tax cut, just in case, Sen. Maldonado, you thought that it was. Or imagine a Conservative Republican, actually winning a primary in Ca.

And real cuts in government spending, rather than a fake cut in government spending, like not giving yourself a raise.

If the Republicans in Ca. could stick together to effect real change, imagine what you could accomplish. By the way, you do have conservatives in California. Sen. Maldonado, go take a remedial class from Duncan Hunter..

Obama News Conference

Keynesian Economics does not work.

Let me explain it to you as an Economics professor, of which I was one for 10 years, government spending is less effective than consumers having money in their pockets and deciding for themselves.

Let me explain why:

1. The consumer is much smarter than government purchasers, imagine the guys at the DMV deciding where to spend government money.
2. Consumers spend it faster.
3. Consumers pay a near competitive price vs. government i.e. a consumer would never spend $600 for a hammer.
4. Consumer products create more jobs than government boondoggles.

I make no bones that I am a supply-sider economist. Consumers and businesses without government intervention are much smarter than your average government worker.

Obama talks way over the head of the average person, I find that as a way to cover up his ineptitude. I know he is a socialist, but does the average person? Not with the Obama speak he uses.

By the way, President Obama, you don't need one Republican vote to pass your socialist stimulus bill. Go for it...... we need your halo to fall off. So we can get back to the serious business of reducing the size of government, reducing taxes and re-educating the American people about the real freedom that conservatism can provide without the smoke and mirrors that you use....

The Thin-skinned one vs El Rushbo

Let's face it. Obama is not used to being criticized. To me, that is a symptom of a man who has faced few challenges in life. If you have ever had a tough boss, you know that criticism is not personal. I had a father that was tough as heck on me and you learn to roll with the punches.

So why would Obama to go after Rush Limbaugh? First of all, Rush will love it. He is now in a dialogue with Obama, the President. Secondly, Rush is going to eat his lunch. Obama cannot respond. He is the president and it would look very unpresidential to get in a fight with a talk show host. But futhermore, Obama has never been really challenged. So what was Obama thinking?

Can you imagine Bush fighting with Dan Rather? The press would have raked Bush over the coals for trying to suppress the press. How unpresidential Bush was rolling in the mud with Rather and so on.

Next you know, Obama will be challenging Michael Jordan to a basketball match! George Foreman to a boxing match! Tiger Woods to a golf match! Or the Williams sisters to a tennis match!

Mr Obama, you were elected President; not Super-Hero. The last person you want to debate is Rush Limbaugh. You will only look like a fool.

1. Embarass former President Bush, check. The new White House website had some harsh criticism of the federal response to Katrina. Oh yes, and let's not forget the booing at the Inauguration.

2. Keep my far left wing promises, check. Close Guantanimo Bay and repeal the Mexico City policy. Now we will have terrorists in the U.S. and provide federal funding to abortions overseas.

3. Let everyone know who is boss, check. After Eric Cantor (R-VA) criticqued the Obama "Stimulus plan", Obama simply stated, "I won". Oh that is a new tone in America. It is called ARROGANCE. You can't have it both ways. Oh and by the way, the Executive branch is one third of the power in the country.

4. End the honeymoon period with the press, check. Obama got snippy with the press when he was glad handing the press and someone dared to question his hire of a lobbyist in the Defense department.

He is off to a great start!!! Hope and Change..... ummm, not so much. We only have 3 years and 51 more weeks.

The McCain campaign is attacking Sarah Palin. Are you kidding me?

She is the reason you got 53 million votes. Without Sarah Palin, your candidate would have gotten 35 to 40 million votes.

You ran an inept campaign. You had a war-hero whose strategy saved this country from a defeat in Iraq. An experienced, moderate candidate with a record of leadership and working with Democrats. A candidate that had been asked by the Washington Press Corps for 8 years if he was going to run for president. A candidate whose wife was an exemplary citizen who did more charity work in a year than most people do in their lifetime. A candidate who spent a lifetime serving this country and was more willing to work with Democrats than with Republicans.

John McCain ran against an inexperienced Junior Democrat Senator from Illinois with no record of accomplishments, an anti-American wife, a preacher that is a disgrace and friends that make the Clintons look like model citizens. A Democratic candidate that bought an election with illegal donations from who knows where, lied about accepting public financing, believes in Socialism and infanticide. A candidate that had a silver tongue but was an empty suit, who if he was off prompter, would stumble.

You should have beaten this weak candidate with no effort but for your ineptness. You blame a woman who worked tirelessly for 2 months, bringing her family on your campaign trail. She put up with your mishandling of her, rolling her out to Katie Couric. Give me a break. Katie Couric has the lowest ratings of the big three and didn't deserve an interview. You did not defend her when her family suffered very cruel attacks from the left. You let it leak that she was a "diva" that the campaign spent $150,000 on clothes for her family.

This campaign was run by some pretty incompetent people but Sarah Palin was not one of them. She is the bright spot in a terrible year.

I agree, it is nice that you, 63,042,806 million, elected a half-black Muslim African to be our president 7 years after 9/11. A man that bought an election with the media supporting him 100 percent.

We the 55 million will now take to working on electing a conservative candidate in 2012 that believes in lower taxes, smaller government, the Constitution and the American dream. You, the 63 million, did not believe in those principles but we will work to convince you that our way is the right way.

Sign up for the conservative thinkers blogs, Michelle Malkin, Thomas Sowell, Charles Krauthammer. Join the NRA. Don't listen to Brooks, Noonan, Hitchens or Buckley. We don't want you in our party. You aren't helpful to our cause.

Support conservative candidates in your area.
